Guys is it just me or does QBO change little things here and there just to get the flow of things "off" every so often? I used to be able to click on a line and type in a SKU which generates a drop down. NOW I have to double click EACH line (or tab 7 times to get to the next line) which changes the rhythm of it all, and the whole thing just gets clunkier and clunkier. What are they DOING over at Intuit? Not great things, my stock is down a ton $$ too! yikes
There was a few of us that complained about this same thing happening. It started a few weeks ago, for some. We were all being told the standard "clear your browser" "try incognito" or "try another browser". None of which worked.
Then, all of a sudden, SILENCE from intuit/. QB and their employees. Like, if they just stop talking about it, it isn't really a thing.
You're right though, they change things ever so slightly ALL the time.
But no, it's not just you. It's really happening... Still.
Ok THANK YOU! I legit have been gaslighting myself thinking "maybe it's always been this way??" I'm so relieved that it's not all in my head! And you know what happens next? I get "used" to this new method...then they change it to something else. LOL. Well at least I'm not crazy. Thanks for your reply!
I'm with YOU. I'm so annoyed having to double click EVERY line!! What was the purpose of this? They need to change that back. This is AWFUL having to do it that way.
It's crap and totally annoying. I'm looking for another software package as this is doing my head in especially when you have a large product line and over 80 invoices per day.. I'm out of here
This is a very horrible idea someone thought of to try. This makes my work so irritating, for years it was a single so I click and type out of habit and NOTHING is typed. You have to go back and double click, then retype your entry. Makes me cuss and very mad. If we want to double click, we can change it in our settings and make the change ourselves. I did go into my setting to check on this and it is set at single click! Just like I want it to be. Please stop with trying all these stupid ideas to make our work harder. Do the math 1 click doesn't take as long as 2 clicks or having to go in again and again to double click because your programed to do it with a single click. The rhythm is gone, and it's been how long? I still can't get used to it. Please change my QBO back to single click!!!!! ASAP
I feel your pain! This has happened to me as well, used to single click and go then they changed it to double click, who is thinking this stuff up? I even changed and got a new mouse thinking that was my issue but of course it was not. So frustrating and wasting so much time. Not a happy customer at all!
