It's quick and easy to renew your subscription in QuickBooks Online. You can follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Your Account.
- Tap on Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
- Enter the billing address and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox.
- Click Continue/Make Payment.
Once it is successful, your company account will get renewed. You can also check the detailed steps here: Renew my account subscription.
Also, there are two ways on how to contact our Support Team. The first one is by clicking the Help button from your QuickBooks Online account. On the pop-up, click Contact Us and enter a short description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field. When you tap Let's talk, you'll see the different ways on how to connect with them.
