Test Drive Quickbooks Desktop

At one time there was a way to test drive quickbooks desktop through a URL that logged into a test machine at Intuit. It was a great sandbox to test transaction ideas, but I can't not find that URL anywhere. I tried the link from the Quickbooks learn-support pages, but clicking the test drive quickbooks desktop shortcut is a dead end.

If someone has a weblink they could share, please reply. Thank you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @Toonces. I'd also feel the same way when something isn't working.

In the meantime, I'd suggest utilizing this link to check out our available products for small businesses, enterprise organizations, and everything between: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/desktop/.

Alternatively, we can download a trial of QBDT Enterprise for the Mac version. You can check out this article for the details: Download a Trial of QuickBooks Desktop.

Stay in touch if you have any other QuickBooks Desktop-related concerns. I'll be right here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the day!

The sandbox was awesome. What did you find out? You never followed up with an answer.

I appreciate you getting back, @Toonces. It's been a while. I'm stepping into the thread to share additional information on how you can access a test drive for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

I want you to know that you need to download and install the trial version of QBDT to enjoy the 30-day free trial or test account. Accessing it online through a URL isn't available. You can download and install it through this link: https://dlm2.download.intuit.com/akdlm/SBD/QuickBooks/2023/Latest/QuickBooksEnterprise23Trial.exe?_g...

However, if you’re looking for our QuickBooks Online trial account, open it anytime, anywhere, from here: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive/.

Please leave a comment below if you have follow-up questions about your concern. I'm here to provide additional assistance. Have a good one!
