As of now, we're unable to display the users on the Dashboard page. With that, I'd suggest sharing a feature suggestion.
You can do so by clicking the Gear icon and then Feedback. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit the suggestion.
You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
You can also check this link as your reference in managing users: Add and manage users.

wow. What I see above in the "What do you want to talk about?" is "Re: The bank balance on the dashboard includes all future transactions so is not an accurate reflection of the balance now. Is it possible to change this?"

As previously mentioned by my peers, there's no way to customize the dashboard to show only the QuickBooks cleared balance. We'll have to rely on the dashboard's actual Bank Balance rather than QuickBooks balance.
Additionally, QuickBooks Online is determined by what your bank shared and what you recorded. If you encountered errors while reconciling the QuickBooks balance, this is the ideal resource for the future: Fix issues for accounts you've reconciled in QuickBooks Online previously.

Wow is right. I use quickbooks desktop and postdate checks. The balance should show the balance as of today. So, it looks like there isn't money when I go to process payroll. Anyhow, I share your frustration that not one reply answered your question.
