Welcome to the Community space, @michael86.

I do have a few solutions to help you fix this and ensure to load your bank transactions page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Experiencing this dilemma in QuickBooks is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. I'd recommend logging in to your account through an incognito window. This way, we can see if it's browser related.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browser as an alternative.

Moreover, I'm adding this helpful article as you reference in categorizing your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you have other questions about bank transactions in QBO. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Take care!

Thanks! That was the issue. I cleared the cache in Firefox and now it works.
