Turn off quick book ads

The option to completely turn off the QuickBooks ads is currently unavailable, doug12.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers various ads to create awareness of its features. While you can't disable pop-ups, you can consider closing them by clicking the X or No thanks buttons.

Additionally, you can use a pop-up blocker extension to effectively manage pop-ups in QuickBooks, improving your interface and navigation experience. I'll show you how.

1. Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
3. Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and choose Block from the drop-down menu. 

Here's how for the Safari browser:

1. Open your Safari browser.
2. Click Safari, then Preferences.
3. Select Websites at the top
4. Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
5. Then click Block in the pop-up menu for the website.

We should close all Intuit adds over and over and over again...

There is no way to say no thanks for x out of the new payroll ad banner at the top.

I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to let our team know that there are ad banners that can't be closed as there is no X or No thanks button to click, you can also provide suggestions to improve your experience with QBO by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
3. Provide your opinion and suggestions.
4. Hit Next.

I would say that the best solution would be to drop QBO like a boiling potato and go back to Desktop, but honestly... they're starting to show up there in force too.
