I'm having a bit of a problem when signing in to QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.
It looks like I have two separate company files linked to my login where I should only have one. One comes up as my company's name and the other with the company's name and an "Inc." at the end. Each time I log in, it asks me which company I want to log into, which is annoying. My QBO is linked to one and the QBT is linked to the other. I'm not entirely sure how this happened, but I need to fix it. Logging into QBT is a three to four step process now (I can never remember which one is linked to the "Inc." vs "non-Inc." and I've had to log out and back in more times than I can count), and it's driving me up a wall!
Another issue I found is that when I go into the incorrect QBT file all the clients I have linked under my QBO come up, which is also very annoying, as I do not use this to track anything aside from time spent on the clock. We use a separate program for tracking time spent on clients.
Does any body have any suggestions?
