Recently we purchased QB accountant 2019 desktop version. Installation successful. But when trying to access company file facing issues. PFA screenshots for the reference.

Thank you for uploading the screenshot. Have you selected the option Download, and if so, do any error messages pop up? If you haven't, click that option. Here is a link to download the newest QuickBooks File Doctor. Please note that if you have an existing version of the File Doctor, uninstall that program use the link mentioned above to fix the damages to your company file.
