Create a reversing journal entry (mirror original but opposite)
Record the withdrawal
Credit Bank account (so QBO matches actual withdrawal)
Fix Stax fee
Reverse or reclassify original fee to cancel it
Match in bank feed
Match the withdrawal to the reversing JE for reconciliation
