Try under different browsers. remove and re-added column per qb rep instructions (2hrs later) Rep couldn't figure it out what cause the issue. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks
I understand the importance of efficiently opening an attachment through the attachment column of the bill transactions, @JoSa1. I recommend contacting our support again, as they'll work with you and create an investigation case about this.
As a workaround, you can check them in the attachments list page, look for the attachment, and click Download to open it as a link in a new tab.
You may also want to consider exporting reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online. You can save this to your local files and access them offline.

Thank you. I reached out to QuickBooks support again and I was told, It will be investigated ( Another 2 hours) . Thank you for the workaround suggestions " Attachments List page" but its a hassle and time wasted. This list/report doesn't even have a filter option to search. You have to manually scroll down to search for document and when you have hundreds of them, its pointless. Do we know when this will be fixed?
I appreciate you getting back and letting us know the outcome of your call with our Technical Support Team, @JoSa1.
Getting things sorted out to enable you to see vendor attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is vital to us. Since our phone support has already informed you about the possible investigation, we’re unable to provide a turnaround time for when this will be done or resolved.
In line with that, once customers are added to the list of affected users, they will receive their progress via email. In the meantime, please consider following the workaround provided by my peer, MarkAngeloG, to see attachments and download them.
Learn to export the following reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip file in one process in this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
