Adding to BRC's answer, you can access the Balance Sheet report from the Reports page. Let me guide you how:
If you're still unable to locate the report, try doing the steps using a private browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you can view the report using the private window, you can shift back to your regular browser (Ctrl + N) and clear its cache. In case private browsing fails, let's try switching to a different browser. I need to check if the browser settings is causing the error to appear.

We are having the same issue and using a private browser does not work. The report is not anywhere. Can someone please assist?

When you subscribe to QuickBooks Online for Nonprofit, the balance sheet in the report is called Statement of Financial Position. This report shows what you own (assets), what you owe (liabilities), and what you invested (equity).
