What is wrong with QB lately, Constant error messages and can't connect!!

Before we start, can you provide the error messages you've received? And are you trying to connect your bank account in QuickBooks? Any additional information would help us provide the best resolution based on the error received.

 

In the meantime, let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, we can check if your browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. 

 

Here's how to use a private browser:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
