In response to your main questions, please note that the Network Data (.ND) is automatically recreated whenever you open the company file or scan the company files via QuickBooks Database Server Manager. The data that updates the ND file is pulled from the company file.
About your third-party provider for your remote data hosting, I recommend contacting their technical support to get helped with your data hosting concerns.
On another note, the Error H202 occurs when you try switching from single user to multi-user mode. This means something is blocking the connection to your server. To resolve this, there are a number of steps you can take. They are outlined below for your reference.
- Install or update the QuickBooks Database Server manager from your host computer.
- Check the services on your server.
- Add services to your Windows admin group on your host computer.
- Configure your firewall settings on your host computer.
- Ping your server from a workstation.
- Add your server to your Windows host file.
