When I click on Taxes>Sales Tax I get an error message.

For two months now I have received no help from the Quickbooks support problem that I reported and now the problem is urgent. The error message is "Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, call us so we can take a closer look".   Maybe they meant to say give us a few months...

I can imagine the trouble you're experiencing right now, LoriDraper.

 

As of now, we have an ongoing investigation about getting an error message when accessing the Sales Tax page. I understand that you've already contacted our QuickBooks Support Team, but I'd recommend reaching out to them again. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter INV-72375 in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Choose the I still need a human button.
  5. Click Get help from a human.
  6. Select the Chat with us or Have us call you option.

 

Rest assured that you'll receive an email update once the issue is already resolved.

When I click on Taxes>Sales Tax I get an error message.

Having the same issue now and am told it is a "known issue that they are working on". Was there a resolution from this post?  Also urgent as I can not create invoices or receive payments. Need to know if this has been going on since July 2022 or was there an answer and this is a new issue?
