Hi there.

 

To change the default language for automated callback to English, navigate to your Account and settings in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Choose Advanced and Language options.
  4. Click Edit, then select English from the drop-down menu.
  5. Finally, click Save and Done.

Please note that this option is only available in QuickBooks Online International versions. For the US version, the default language is English.

Hi, no it did not work. 

  • It was already set to English, but I continue to receive calls in Arabic when asking for a call back for login security code.
  • Text message code is not working.  (Yes my number is correct)
  • I cannot login the community I continue to get the error "
    Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.
  •  
    Luckily I saw another post recommending I log via incognito mode and this was successful.

 

In general you need to improve you customer user experience for login and community website its very bad at the moment.
