You can also access the help articles from your QuickBooks. Just click on Help then QuickBooks Help. Since your QuickBooks is crashing when accessing it, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

I recommend running our QuickBooks Tool Hub. This fixes odd issues while working with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To do that:

1. Close your QuickBooks application
2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Thanks @BettyJaneB, that manual is something, although a bit simple and from 2018. I appreciate you sending it however.

Good reminder re the QBTool app. I'm running that now. The problem is likely that I'm running QB Desktop on the backside (PC side) of the newer M1 Macintosh, so I expect it won't work perfectly.
