Where did the Quickbooks process flow dashboard go?

I'm glad to have you here today, rockit3006. I know you require the dashboard flow document as QuickBooks Desktop does. Let me provide information about the QuickBooks Online Dashboard concern.

In QuickBooks Online, the dashboard provides an overview of your account, showing profit and loss, invoices, expenses, and sales. The Online version offers different displays, such as the Home and Cash Flow tabs in the Dashboard, which provide a different visual representation of your accounting data.

The detailed flow document like the one in QuickBooks Desktop isn't available in the same format in QuickBooks Online, however, the dashboard cards provide shortcuts to the information you need to scan swiftly.

These shortcuts are useful for navigating QuickBooks features more easily, eliminating the time to perform tasks you often do under the Edit Shortcuts. It allows you to customize your homepage such tasks include, for example, adding a supplier, an expense, a bill, a new customer, and more.

Furthermore, the Cash Flow tab offers an overview of the business activities, such as the status of your income and expenses, bank accounts, sales, and profit and loss. This tab is the actual one that helps you track your business profitability.

To learn more about the process, feel free to check out this article: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to continue this conversation if you have questions or need further assistance with QuickBooks Online. I'm here to help you with any other concerns you may have. Have a wonderful day!

Where did the Quickbooks process flow dashboard go?

Please give me back the old dashboard.  This newer dashboard doesn't make my job easier.  I have to make multiple clicks to get to the task I want to accomplish.  Before I only needed to make one click to get to where I needed to be.

Your feedback on this is invaluable to us. Thus, I recommend sending your thoughts directly to our product engineers. It's a good way to express your thoughts and share how the changes impacted your workflow. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Click Feedback under Profile.
  3. Type your suggestion in the box and tap Next.

Then I don't understand the purpose of this community if we have to double enter suggestions to the engineers.  Why don't you just provide good customer service and do that on the user's behalf?

Taking down the Process Flow Chart and replacing it with the dumb shortcut list was a terrible idea.  You really should fire the Intuit developer who suggested that.

The customer didn't ask for a description of the dashboard. Did you even read the customer's question?
