Welcome to the Community forum, @ap92. There are several ways to locate and confirm invoices you've sent via email in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'll guide you through each option.
To begin, invoices shared via email are labeled as Sent within your QBO account. You can access these entries by following the steps below.
- Log in to your QBO account and go to the Sales menu.
- Click the Invoices tab and see the Status column.
- Review invoices marked as Sent.

What's more, you can click the invoice itself to open the activity tab. This area will show you whether clients have viewed, deposited, or paid the invoice.

On the other hand, if you want to generate a list including emailed invoices, you can run the Invoice List report and customize it. It will help you reduce the risk of missing or forgetting to send an invoice.
Here's how to perform this task:
- Go to the Reports menu on the left panel.
- Enter the Invoice List report in the Search field.

- Open the file and pick a report period.
- Click the Columns option and tick the Sent.
