Hello Adrian, apologies for duplicate entry; I'm getting used to community site. Hoping you won't mind if I ask questions about that:

  • Is the community site considered a product of Intuit? It doesn't appear in any list I see on product sites
  • Is the only connecting point between community site and product site the search bar that leads to the virtual assistant?
  • Can I change my community user id only? I want to sync it to product user id, but I don't want to change my product user id.

Appreciate your considering these; of course, if I need to post them separately I certainly will.

For your third question, you can only update your username, email address, and personal information, but not the User ID. To do this, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Click your avatar beside your user name on the upper corner of the Community page. 
  2. Click the Edit option. 
  3. Choose the tabs you want to update, then click Save when done.
