Why am I getting this error: "Uh oh, there’s a connection problem. Sorry, but the app didn’t connect."?

I'm developing a Python script that's using the QB Online API. Up until yesterday it was working on the sandbox company. Yesterday I signed up on the production company to start moving the code. I got accepted, but ever since that I can't connect to the sandbox company (nor the production one) anymore. Keep getting this: "Uh oh, there’s a connection problem.
Sorry, but the app didn’t connect. Please try again later, or contact customer support for help."

Why am I getting this error: "Uh oh, there’s a connection problem. Sorry, but the app didn’t connect."?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @anibal-vetmedgro.

One reason this happens is because of server-side issues experienced by the app's service provider, leading to temporary disruptions in accessing the app's features. Additionally, the app itself might be experiencing technical difficulties or undergoing maintenance, which can impede its functionality.

Furthermore, I recommend reposting this question to the Intuit Developer's Community, where you can get help for issues regarding third-party apps. Here, we can answer questions about QuickBooks and other applications, but not about integration issues, especially if you're developing an app for QuickBooks.
