Let me provide some information on how you can get the scroll bar back so you can view the rest of the page.
If part of the page is cut off or there is no scroll bar to view the whole page, you'll need to check on a few areas:
- The browser's zoom settings
- The computer's display settings
If you're using Google Chrome, you can check their support article on adjusting the zoom.
Take note that QuickBooks Online requires the following settings to display all pages properly:
- Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
- Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"
