Hello, @ahayers.
Let me help you with the suspicious logins to your QuickBooks account.
To begin with, have you previously utilized TurboTax and granted someone access to your QBO account? It's possible that your or an individual connected with your account coordinated with other TurboTax users for assistance, which may entail the need for them to log in to address an issue or offer help with tax-related matters.
To view the users added to your company and their current role, click the Gear icon and select Manage user. From there, you have the option to modify their permission or delete their profile. Furthermore, the logins on your account are recorded in the Audit Log report.
However, If that’s not the case or the user is not listed in the Manage user page, you can contact our technical support team to further check the legitimacy of those logins. To reach out to our representative, follow these steps:
- Select Help at the top.
- Click the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
- Select a topic or enter a brief description of your concern.
- Hit Continue, then select Start a chat and Get a callback.
I've also included an article to help you review data security: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your QBO account. I'm here to help you anytime.
