The type of check being deposited often affects the status of mobile check submissions, jcamp1076. We are able to process only Business and Personal checks.
Below is a list of checks that are not eligible for mobile deposit:
- Checks drawn from non-demand deposit accounts (post no debits)
- Credit card checks
- Checks from lines of credit, home equity accounts, or brokerage accounts
- Foreign checks (routing numbers not recognized by the American Banking Association)
- Traveler’s checks
- Savings bonds
- U.S. Treasury checks
- Third-party checks (checks not made payable to you)
If your deposit is rejected or returned, you will receive an email explaining the exact reason. If the issue persists and we are unable to process the check, you will need to follow up with the check writer directly.
