Why doesn't QBO provide release notes and schedule releases like every other software company in the world? I got some really messed up results with my 1099's.

The option to release a schedule in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable, LivelyKat.

I recognize how convenient it would be to have this feature added to QuickBooks. I'd suggest submitting your feedback to our Product Engineers. They're genuinely interested in improving the product's performance. 

To submit feedback, here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.

I don't know what the "option to release a schedule" might mean, but I'm sure this is not what the OP asked for. Did you even read their question?
