I understand how helpful the dashboard Tasks are for reviewing overdue invoices. However, displaying a blank page is unusual behavior for this feature.
This needs a thorough examination to identify the cause of the blank page. I recommend contacting the Live Support team, who can securely access your account and provide specialized assistance to resolve this issue.
Here's how:
- Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
- Go to the Assistant tab.
- Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
- Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.
