Why is it so hard to get somebody to answer a phone to this company

Please be guided that our phone supports operating hours for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start versions are from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM. On Saturday, support hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time. 
 
If you're using QBO Advanced, the support operation is 24/7. To reach out to them, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. From the Assistant tab, type your concern. Example: Banking.
3. Then, type Talk to a Human and click the Get help from a human option.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

Also, you can always post here on the Community page whenever you have QBO concerns. There are a lot of Community agents and even accounting professionals who are willing to help you.

They don't provide any numbers to call but only the chat and the callback option. If you are the one who prefer to dial a number to call, you should consider another accounting app.
