Why is the chat and callback currently closed? I need a human.My employees didn't get paid today, and I don't know why.

I entered payroll yesterday, as usual. There is 15X the amount of money I need in my account to cover it, but my employees didn't get paid. And now I can't speak to a representative to resolve.

I'm having the same problem!  My employees didn't get paid today and there is no way to resolve it!

I know that this hasn't been easy for you and your employees, tukogirl and tagcarpentry.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.

What is critical is that a company who has complete access to all of my money keeps their CHAT AND PHONE NUMBER OPEN!

Same thing happened to me today....Why are we being BLOCKED from speaking to someone directly about this?

Due to the large number of calls that we receive, some customers might not get into the line.

 

However, know that the issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

I'm having this issue now.  My employees show they are paid but no money transferred.  I could see the pending withdrawal from my account and then those pending withdrawals just disappeared.  In quickbooks when I view paystubs it says payment day June 1 but then payment status is pending.

To further assist you with this, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team. This way, they can check your account in a secure place and help you fix the issue. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type a brief description of your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
