Buy now & saveDoes anyone know why the Server is slowing down at 1:34 p.m., EST during business hours?!
From 9:30 a.m. to 1:33 p.m. EST, the Server was working without a slow down. But everyday during Business hours the Server slows down until approximately 3:00 p.m. EST.
Its not our internet provider or machine or browsers.
Hello, @User74.
I’d like to address your issue with our server performance, during 1:34 PM EST business hours.
A significant number of users accessing the program at that specific time can be a reason for this slowdown. The server has limitations on how many requests it can handle concurrently.
If numerous users are conducting tasks such as running reports, uploading files, or performing database queries, this can significantly strain the server's performance.
I'll include this article to help you understand the system requirements for optimizing your connection and overall experience while using QBO: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.
Let us know if you have further questions about managing your server. We'll be right here to help you anytime.

You're opening admitting that your servers are overtaxed and can't keep up with your users in the middle of the business day? Wow!
The more I read about QuickBooks Online, the worse it gets. Now you're admitting your servers are lacking, which I guess is obvious given how generally terrible QuickBooks performance is.
But hey, at least your users get to do their books "online" which is oh so very cool. It's almost as nifty as TV from outer space.
