i just received email that MY credit card is charged $999 ??????

who authorized you to charge me?

Alternatively, when logged into QuickBooks, you can look up charges, here's how:

  1. Navigate the Profile icon next to Settings ⚙.
  2. Click Manage your Intuit account
  3. Select Products & Billing
  4. Hit the company name to show more details, like the subscription price of each company.
  5. Set View payment history to see the payment history for the active subscription.

  1. Log In: Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Help Icon: Click on the “Help” icon (usually a question mark “?” located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Search for Assistance: You can type your query in the search bar to find articles and FAQs that may resolve your issue.

If you need further assistance, scroll to the bottom of the help window and click “Contact Us.”

Choose the relevant options similar to your charges, as this will help direct you to the right support channel.

 

Lastly, choose the contact method:

  • Callback: Request a callback by providing your contact number.
  • Phone Support: If available, you can find a phone number to call.
