Woocommerce Integration and Credit Card Testing

I have a client who has been using the SkyVerge Woocommerce plugin to use the Intuit payment gateway on her Woocommerce site. No problems for years, suddenly, she got hit with a credit card tester bot. HUGE pain to clean up. We did the recommended things by SkyVerge to keep it from happening again. Then a few months later, WHACK, it got hit again. I have probably 6 difference Woo sites that I manage, none of them have this issue, she is the only one using Intuit for the payments. Skyverge says it isn't them and to contact Intuit. Does anyone have a different plugin to use? Anyone else experienced this? Ideas on sure-fire ways to stop it?

No error, just a hundred small fraudulent sales in minutes. Most fail, some go through.
