Hi, I have a small business. I use QuickBooks online plus. Yesterday I spend all day on the phone and at glance getting tech support. Except I got no support. I spoke with 3 different people. First Lady 2 hours and 20 minutes. After talking with her I am now an online advance user, and still I have no solution to my problem. After spending 2.2 hours with her, I demanded to talk with another tech. She hesitated to connect me, but she eventually did. Next guy sounded good, he knew exactly what I was talking about. He asked if he could put me on hold and research a few minutes. I said sure. He disappeared for 5-6 minutes, said he had to look a little further. Then 50 minutes later the he hung up the phone. I tried again, this guy told me that I was calling the wrong number. He said, special number for advanced users. I tried another number, special number for Advanced users. I got a call back after just 5 minutes. The next guy also needed to do research. He also used Glance so that he could test certain things on my screen. I told him about my prior experience, and he told me, no worries, I will not hang up on you, in fact you can keep me on loud speaker and I will not put you on hold so you can just talk to me if you have anything. Fine, this worked for 45 minutes, he was there and glance was still running. Then he put me on hold, hung up, and disconnected Glance. I even gave him my phone number in case we got disconnected. What kind of service is this? I am very sure that when Quickbook just for a months or so ago updated their software, this Customize button on the invoice screen by mistake was removed for certain type of users, and for some reason they have an issue with manning up about it. I am furious, and I am 3 seconds away from moving my business to Xero. I never meant to move my business, and I know it is a big job moving, but I can not work together with a company where I spend the better deal of a day sitting on the phone with tech support that refuse to support you. What is this??

You may consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service if required.
Hello h3tech,
This isn't what I want you to experience. I know you're putting so much effort and time to get a resolution to your concern. I'd like to offer some help. However, I'd still need to gather more details about the issue you're facing. Further details would be deeply appreciated.
You can always visit us for other QuickBooks concerns.
@SarahannC RE: This isn't what I want you to experience with our QuickBooks support.
And yet, based on posts here that are quite similar, this happens all the time. And it has been happening for years. And Intuit does nothing about it.
Whatever the state of support, Intuit has created it that way and presumably likes it that way. Or they would change it.
I just had the worst ever support experience in 25+ years in the IT world. The person insisted she knew how to solve my issue and I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt. After 2 failures I requested to speak with her manager, or a person with English as their primary language in a U.S call center. She totally ignored by request and why I was asking. After about 2 hours of trying this and trying that and the 3rd failed attempt and again asking for a manager or person who could speak English in a U.S. call center, I hung up. Just spent $800 on the QBD Premier Plus and will now be looking for a different product. BTW - the person I spoke with was

What kind of issue did you ask her?
I have been a QuickBooks user for 20 years, and have been able to manage changes in the program over that time.
Bu this QUICKBOOKS ON LINE is a pathetic regression.
I think my time is worth something. Spending hours upon hours on the phone with an impotent "Customer Service" is a detriment to my business.
QuickBooks and Intuit are NOT representative good examples of the efficiency of the free market. Rather,Intuit/QuickBooks are more reflective of oppressive monopolies.
RE: Bu this QUICKBOOKS ON LINE is a pathetic regression.
I'll second that!
