Your software is INFURIATING

Your website states a limit of 4095 characters on the Note to Customer field. This is where I am trying to add terms and conditions. Fresh books does this JUST FINE. So why then are my Notes to Customer being cut short at 1000 characters? Where am I supposed to put terms and conditions?

Your software cant even make new items or descriptions on the fly, when ALL OF MY PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT DESCRIPTION ON EACH INVOICE. Just another thing that FB handled perfectly fine.

I was forced into using your software by my accountants and am about to drop them as well as you for how AWFUL the experience has been.

You even sent me an email once saying "Hi, {first name}!". This proves entirely that you have zero coding ability.

How do you release software THIS bad in 2024 and get away with it? It's simply insane. I feel like I am losing my mind.

As a software developer myself, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. What a joke.

I respect your decision to explore alternative options, Ralius. I understand the importance of adding new items and editing descriptions in your invoicing workflow, including terms and conditions. Know that your voice is valuable. I'm here to clarify the maximum limit of characters in the Notes field and your concern with the product definition.

The character limit for QuickBooks Desktop is 4095, while for QuickBooks Online, it's 1000. For now, you can add a pdf file of your Terms and Conditions an attachment. Please have a look at the attached sample for a visual guide.

@Ralius  Unfortunately, QBO is inferior to QuickBooks Desktop in every possible way except the ability to access it with your phone and it is only getting worse. Sadly, QBO appears to be Intuit's favorite child at the moment.

Also unfortunately, you'll find that the support staff here are exactly on par with your experiences thus far.

Have you considered reading anything that has ever been posted on this forum? Apparently not, given that people do give feedback here, and despite your support staff's constant affirmations that you 'acknowledge what they're saying', said feedback goes ignored for years on end.
