Recent Update

I am having these issues since this up date.  WHERE IS MY BOTTOM SCROLL BAR???

When looking at a customer, the date is not there.  I have to make it very small to see it.  If I enlarge it to much, I can't see the EDIT/RECEIVE PAYMENT links.  Why??? I need to be able to see them both.  Also when I go to another customer, its the same thing, I have to enlarge the page.  I need these fixed!

We must take the necessary steps to ensure the smooth operation of QuickBooks and optimize its functionality. Here's the keyboard shortcut:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Sh

 

If this is effective, please switch back to your regular browsing session and delete your browser's history. If the issue persists, we recommend using a different supported browser as there may be a temporary malfunction with the QuickBooks version you are using.

Recent Update

The new update is horrible.  Everything is more difficult and less efficient.  I have spent more time chatting to fix a problem than actually working.  I reported an auto-fill problem over a week ago and it is still not fixed and it takes an extra hour to enter my bills because of it.  Do they test the upgrades before they introduce them? My guess is they do not.
