Recommended Small Condo Package

You may consider QB Online Plus (with the Class and Location feature) or QB Desktop 2024 Premier Plus.

I Would NOT Recommend QBOnline.  Do your research FULLY, before committing to the garbage that IS QBO.  Use the Search bar at the top of any page here in the community to find just how horrible QBO is. 

And note that they are ALWAYS changing and charging.  They will add unnecessary features, then take away the best, most used ones.   There is ALWAYS something broken within QBO. And when you post or call about it, they try to tell you the issue is with your system, or YOUR computer. 

The "Support" is the absolute WORST!!  They are condescending and rude.  They won't know how to help you and will just hang up the phone call.  Same with the chat feature.  They will leave you on hold for the LONGEST times. (I was on hold once for over an hour before they just hung up on me).  

Like I said, do your research.

I have about 15 years with QB as a downloaded program and I agree about their support. I'm likely going to go with the downloaded version anyway. I'm never comfortable with online programs and Intuit would be at the top of that uncomfortable list!

I'm pretty sure that we can get away with the basic program since we have not much more than bookkeeping and minimal accounting to keep track of. Our payroll is a single part timer and all other labor related work is contracted, plumbers, painters, etc.

If you don't need to run any add-ons (e.g QB Payment, QB Payroll), you can use QB Desktop with a non subscription license.
