Recurring Bills

I show recurring bills showing up in areas (ie planner) but they are not listed in my recurring items list.  Any ideas on how to find and delete these?

Recurring Bills

We need to ensure your filters are accurate and set to display the maximum number of rows to show all your recurring bills and manage them properly, cbotts. I'll provide instructions on how to do this.

 

You should see all recurring transactions on the Recurring Transactions page. Since you're unable to view some of them, we'll have to adjust your filters. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Recurring transactions.
  3. Click the Filter button. Then select All in the Template Type field and Bill for the Transaction Type.
  4. Choose the Apply button once done.
  5. Go to the small Gear icon above the Action column and select the maximum number of rows (300). 80.PNG

 

On the other hand, I'd recommend accessing and customizing the Transaction List by Vendor report to review all your existing (current) bills for potential duplicates and accuracy. Then, once you've discovered any discrepancies, delete them if necessary.
