Reducing printed pages helps us save money on paper, ink, and other supplies, KenJoe.

We can personalize and adjust the sheets when printing multiple invoices in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.

Print multiple invoices from different customers:

  1. Go to the Get paid & pay menu and then select Invoices.
  2. Place a checkmark beside the invoice you want to print.
  3. Choose Batch actions, then select Print.

  7. Customize the other options.

You can also modify the invoice template to decide how you want it to look when printing.

Moreover, we can send summaries of customers' invoices, payments, credits, and balances in QuickBooks Online. It'll help them stay on track with their purchases.

I'm here to assist if you have other questions or concerns when printing invoices. It's my priority to ensure everything is answered and fixed.

It's not about combining invoices on one sheet. It's about being forced to print two pages for an invoice because the allowed formatted invoices take up too much space with the boiler plate at the top.

Hello there, Ken.

Currently, the option to reduce printed invoice pages is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recognize how convenient it is to have it added so you can customize the invoice pages you want to print in QBO.

In the meantime, it's best to relay your feedback directly to our Product Developers. They are genuinely interested in hearing your input and strongly encourage you to share your suggestions by providing feedback.

To send your input, here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  3. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.

Moreover, you can also check out this article to learn how you can convert an estimate directly into an invoice in QuickBooks: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

If you need any additional assistance with sales forms, please inform me by leaving a response below. I will ensure to promptly respond and provide you with the necessary support.

It's not the invoices per sheet, it's the sheets per invoice. On the desk top we ever only had one sheet per invoice. Now with online we have two sheets per invoice this wastes resources. It's all because the invoice formats available have way too much space devoted to the boiler plate on top.
