Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, Tag9. Depending on the product you purchased, you could be paying for an add on features that require a subscription. On the flip side, you could have signed up for a subscription and purchased a stand-alone product. I recommend that you contact our Support Team so they can look up your account and take a further look. Literally this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I spent 2.5 hours on a word chat after spending an additional hour LOOKING for the solutions, which NEVER materialized.
I swear the word chat was a robot and it was like pulling teeth. I would have preferred a root canal instead of the LOOOONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS that it was. Then, they needed a credit card to complete my refund, I'll see how that goes...if I ever get my money back.
I assume Quick Books - Intuit has NO PERSONAL customer service so that you will just give up and quit, because you CAN NOT EVER talk to a person. This would have resolved my problem in 15-30 minutes.

In the future, if there is a different company that has accounting software I can use, I will switch.
