Let me provide some insight on how to request a refund in QuickBooks. If you need a refund for your QBO subscription, the process varies based on where you bought the product. If you purchased your QBO subscription through an app store (Google Play or Apple's App Store), you will need to request a refund through the app store where you made the purchase.

Refund requests please

I have closed my business and no longer needed the Enhanced Payroll attached to my account.  It was due for renewal, so as described by QB help I cancelled using My Company/Account/Subscriptions.  I received a cancellation and request as to why I was cancelling.  I explained that I was closing my business and no longer needed the service.  I thought this was it.  Now I show a payment from my bank to Intuit and in My Company the account shows as active (after showing inactive or cancelled previously).  I am upset.  I would like a refund.  In a few days, I will be cancelling my QB Desktop Pro subscription.  This will be prior to the renewal date.  I have used QB since it started as QuickPay back in the mid'90's.  Please CANCEL the Enhanced Payroll Subscription and refund the $700+.  I have not used the service since I thought I had cancelled it earlier.
