Buy nowI tried to enter a Memorized Transaction for a bill, and the register is nearly invisible. I can click on a line, and see the account, but it disappears when you tab or go to the next line. I am unable to see any amounts in the breakdown, therefore cannot edit them. I am unable to adjust columns, and the drop-down arrow disappears as soon as I mouse to it. The blank lines move in front of recent transactions, and I can sometimes see the Class at the opposite end of the line. Has anyone seen or been able to fix this? Thanks!
Hello there, @mogent23.
Let me clarify some information on your concern and help you from there.
Are you trying to adjust the columns in the Bank Register when creating a memorized bill transaction? If so, you won't be able to adjust the columns from there. Also, the class column on the register is unavailable.
To be able to create memorized bill transactions and adjust the columns, you can utilize the enter bill option. Here's how:
I'm adding this article to learn more about memorizing transactions: Create, edit, or delete memorized transactions.
You might want to run and customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop. This will help you review all your sales and expense transactions made in Quickbooks.

Thank you for your detailed reply! I have been trying to come up with key words to help my issue be understood. It really has nothing to do with Memorized Transactions, or my bank register. When entering a bill, or an MT, the accounts and columns at the bottom where you break out the expenses is almost invisible. That is where I am unable to see any amounts, only the account on the line. If I tab, it goes completely off screen, and the lines bleed out past the side of my screen. I am unable to adjust the columns because there is only one, and it does not drop down. I added a screenshot where you can see at the bottom right where the columns leave the screen. I cannot access the columns visually, and when I tab, it will eventually show an account, but no other fields. Fields may be a better word to use, I am sorry if it is unclear, and appreciate your time, and help so much!
Thanks for getting back and sharing a screenshot, @mogent23.
Base on the image that you've shared, it seems that the error is within the Bill window. There might be a minor data damage in your company file that's causing this behavior.
Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to clear this out.
To start, update QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to its latest release. This will keep your software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes. Here's how:
If you're still getting the same error, fix QBDT using our repair tools.
Moreover, you can check out our Year-End Guide for QuickBooks Desktop. This will provide you with some info on what you'll need to do when closing your books and preparing for the new one.

Thank you! Still have not found the fix, but great advice. As my coworker shares the Company File, and can enter bills without issue, I wonder if Windows or Parallels is causing me a problem. I will keep trying, and let you know how I resolve. Thanks Again!
