Reminders/Recurring Transactions

Reminders from the recurring transaction list is not updating once entered or the internet is refreshed. this has been an issue since the end of sept 2023.  Has anyone discovered a resolution?

Reminders/Recurring Transactions

Hey there, @Speckski.

 

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-91805) related to the recurring transactions reminder list issue. Rest assured, our product engineers are actively working to find the root cause and provide a solution. I suggest you contact our phone or chat support to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email notification once the case is resolved.

 

As a temporary solution, you can manually use the template until the problem is fixed. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the LISTS column, select Recurring transactions.
  3. Find the template that you want to use.
  4. Click the dropdown on the ACTION column.
  5. Hit Use.
