Rest assured, our product engineers are actively working to find the root cause and provide a solution. I suggest you contact our phone or chat support to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email notification once the case is resolved.
As a temporary solution, you can manually use the template until the problem is fixed. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the LISTS column, select Recurring transactions.
- Find the template that you want to use.
- Click the dropdown on the ACTION column.
- Hit Use.
