I tried to reset my password. After I answered the security question. It gives me the following error msg.
"Quickbooks is unable to reset the password at this time. Please check your internet connection."
I know my internet is fine. Why is that? How to fix it?

Since QuickBooks 2013 is no longer supported, upgrading it to the higher version of QuickBooks Desktop is our potential solution. But before doing so, please create a backup company file to secure your data if you ever encounter problems.
Also, feel free to contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team team. They can give you more details about the upgrading process and have tools to assist you further. Just check their available hours so they can promptly address your concerns.
