Let's download our QuickBooks Tool Hub and run File Doctor. This tool fixes issues like the one with your company file.
Here's how:
- Download this link QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
- From the tool hub, select the Company File Issues tab.
- Choose Run QuickBooks File Doctor.
- In QuickBooks File Doctor, pick your company file from the drop-down menu. Then, tick Check your file (middle option only) and then Continue.
- Enter your QuickBooks admin password and then hit Next.
