Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet

Thank you for getting back and providing us with a screenshot, @Liftco.

I can provide you with more information about using the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet.

You can see and manage your sales orders from the Dashboard. The Pick tab lets you view and manage your pick lists. You can filter pick lists and sales orders by site, status, and picker. The Pack tab lets you select one or more sales orders to be packed for shipping. Lastly, the Express Pack tab allows you to complete the pick and pack steps for order as a single action instead of separate processes.

I’m adding some resources below to guide you on how to handle your sales order. It includes information on how the feature works.

From here, you can run several reports that display the total amount of the Sales Order. Check out this article for more information: Customize customer, job, and sales reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me know if you need further information about the sales order. I'm always here to help. Have a great rest of the day!

Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet

Hi there, @Liftco

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community.

Before we begin, I wanted to ask a couple of questions to help narrow down this issue.

  • Are you the only user experiencing this issue?
  • Is this the only company file you have this issue with?

Knowing as many details as possible will better help me to narrow this concern as much as possible. If you have not tested another user or another company file, please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply. Chat with you soon!

Yes to both your questions.  Apparently there was an update and my access got unchecked.  I did however notice that the new update looks nothing like it used to.  Any chance you can send me a link on how to use to new update?
