I've come across this thread while searching how to use the sales order fulfillment. I use QBDT Premier Plus with the Manufacturing/Wholesale setup and my SO fulfillment screen is not a dashboard like this. Is the fulfillment worksheet limited in it's functionality in the Premier Edition compared to the Enterprise Edition because I don't have a Dashboard like this to track the sales order process: picking/packing/shipping? All we can do is print pick lists, packing slips and sales orders. I can't mark/tag any order based on the current stage of the process, ie. it's in the picking stage or the packing stage, etc. I'm trying to better organize our order processing and would love to have a dashboard to improve this function by monitoring the stage of each order.
Hello there, Weldon.
Yes, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro Premier Plus has limitations regarding the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet compared to QBDT Enterprise. While both versions offer the worksheet, QBDT Pro Premier Plus lacks some functionalities that can be essential for efficient sales order fulfillment.
QBDT Enterprise offers more features to improve the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet compared to QBDT Pro Premier Plus. It includes extra tools that can streamline and enhance the entire process. If you want to access these features, you can purchase QBDT Enterprise by following this link: QuickBooks Enterprise Pricing.
Also, the dashboard will show an overview of your sales orders, including their statuses (All, Open, Picked, Packed, and Shipped).
Additionally, you can open these links that will guide you in fulfilling your worksheets, creating sales orders, and fixing errors when picking:
