Join nowI just learned how to scanned invoices and attached into QB. Its a great option. But, when I tried to send a backup to another person. They couldn't see the invoices. My question is - Why can't QB has it as part of the program when saving a backup. It would make the whole process a lot easier when I only have to send the QB backup, and the other person can see all the invoices too. I am using Premier Nonprofit Edition 2020.
Thank you
Hi @Bpl6346 , basicly quickbooks saving when you back up data. How about see your back up file in your self computer folder? Are the invoices viewed? I suggest you to back up then send the qbm file again. For further details please see this article how to back up qb file. Before you send it by email, try to send in private mode browser, clear cache and history browsing and try in different browser engine. Still doesn't work? Please contact QB desktop help by pressed F1 in your app. Comment back, cheers.
Hello Gayatriluthfias20,
I have been able to send a backup copy of QB to a co-workers for a long time. I started using "scanned invoices". I am able to see those invoices on my computer. But my co-workers are not able to see them when I send them the QB backup. They can see the "file name" of the invoices, but not the invoice. I am just wondering if QB company hasn't build the "saving invoices" into their program. Or is am I missing something....
Thank you for your help and suggestion.
