Let's review the status of the payment by logging in to your Merchant Services account, Garrett.
The Merchant Services Center keeps a complete record of your payment activity and will help identify why the funds haven’t reached your bank account. Once you're there, you can check your bank information, deposit schedule, and look for any holds or notifications that might explain the delay.
To access your account, here's how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
- Select the date range in the Dates field.
- Click Search.
- You'll see the lists of all your daily deposits, when we put them in your bank account, and the totals. Choose the arrow in the Fee column to see the individual payments that are part of a deposit.
Please note that deposits with a Funded status in the Status column have been successfully processed. If there’s an issue, it'll show as Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned. To review the details, select the arrow in the Fee column. Then, you should receive an email from us with steps to resolve the issue.
