Setting date format to USA

I have QB Pro 2019 installed on a new computer.  I have set the Windows 10 settings to USA and dd/mmm/yy format (nearest option available for dd/mm/yy).  QB is still in EU format (mm/dd/yy).  I have tried to close the program and reopen it but it is still in EU format.  What other setting do I need to look at to get the date format back to USA.

Setting date format to USA

Greetings, @Twisted Tree.

It's nice to see you here in the Intuit Community. I'm here to share information about setting up the date format in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

United States date format begins with the month and ends with the year (MM/DD/YYYY). Based on the details you've provided, you're already on the right set up.

If QBDT is showing a different date format, double-check the date format on your Windows 10 settings again. Here's a link from their support site for more information: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-date-and-time-formats-windows-10. Once done, restart your computer.

That should do it! Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else in the comment section. I'm always here if you need further assistance. Cheers!
