Hi @Sam_JF,
The first thing I'd suggest you do is to update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This way, you can ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version is up-to-date.
If the same issue persists, you can repair your QBDT installation. Here's how:
- From the Start menu, select Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Look for your QuickBooks Desktop version on the list and click on it.
- If you see the Modify button, press it. That will start the repair install process.
- If you see the Modify button but it's grayed out, then you can uninstall and reinstall QBDT.
If you don't see the options I mentioned above, or if you're unsure, it would be best to speak to our Technical Support team for help. They can walk you through with this process.
Here's how:
- On your QuickBooks homepage, go to the Help menu.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Tap the Contact us button.
Once you get this issue wrapped up, you can consider viewing this article about the Shipping Manager: Set up and use QuickBooks Shipping Manager. It has a list of steps on how you can process a shipment with FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
