Join nowHello @amandaren,
Let me help share how the multi-currency affects your accounts in QuickBooks.
You're on the right track, you'll have to create the appropriate accounts for the services your employee will provide. Assigning the appropriate currency for an account you used to track your sales and purchases allows the system to track them accordingly.
But please know that even if you've assigned the appropriate currency for your accounts receivable and payable accounts, they'll still use the home currency as you review your transactions on your reports.
In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about multi-currency: When and how to turn on multicurrency in QuickBooks Online?
To give you an overview of the other features you wanted to explore, you can also consider reading through the following articles included below:
Ob top of that, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Know where you stand financially.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
