Sign in to Account

Recently I have experienced needing to sign in to our Quickbooks account numerous times.  This is causing major issues as we use Quickbooks on our network.  When I am instructed to sign into Quickbooks it automatically closes Quickbooks on the other computers on the network.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you for posting your signing issues here with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Angie.

 

There are two types of user modes in QBDT - Single User and Multi User. In a single user, only one computer may access your company file, however, in multi-user mode, it is possible to log on simultaneously to multiple computers.
