Is anyone having issues with Snap Receipt on the Android App? It's been working fine on my droid until yesterday (been about 2 weeks since I last used it) and now it gets stuck on Uploading documents. I've restarted, reinstalled, cleaned files/etc. to increase available memory, WI-FI, cell data and no change. I tried it on an iphone and it worked fine. All my other apps on the droid work fine. Only thing I can see that is different is that there is now an option to sequence multiples.

Once the receipts are uploaded to QBO, it's important to review, edit, categorize, or match those to existing transactions first. This ensures a seamless reconciliation process. and prevents duplicates.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have removed the app from my phone and reinstalled. I contacted the Help line and was instructed to manually download the receipts from Google Drive or Google Phone. We were told this needs go to the Development team and that we should log something through the feedback channel. There has to be a fix for the app on Android so that I can do this from my phone and not have to log into a computer when I need to upload a receipt. This was one of the reasons I signed up for Quickbooks because of the ease of uploading receipts.
